Hi BP, 

I'm just getting started in the rental property game and truly believe its my dream long term. I'm currently trying to do as much research as possible on BiggerPockets and (trying) to start viewing properties. That said, I'm hesitant for a multitude of reasons: don't necessary want to admit my naiveté, don't want to waste Agent/sellers times, unsure of the basic protocols ect... I'm curious if anyone else has had similar experiences and how they may have overcome them?  I'm specifically in the Jacksonville, FL / Jacksonville Beach, FL if anyone has some in market experience.
