Hello, my name is Dj Townsend.  I am just trying to learn and better my life and hopefully learn something I can pass along to help my children out.  I must say I am very new to the whole real estate market, but have been very interested for some time.  So with that being said, please excuse some of my "none informed" questions.  But in spite of my "newness" lol.  I am a very fast learner.  So, any advice you have to offer will gladly be excepted.   thanks!
