@Sheika Nikole Reid i would be interesting in Flipping or buying and holding rental properties. For now i want to get an idea of the market to go with the best approach. 

Hello everyone in D.C. 

Ill be there next Month (June 8 - June 13) around the Petworth area and would like to meetup with local investors, agents etc. to get a better idea of the market. I am originally from Boston, and would like to get a better idea of the investment opportunities in the area.

@Anthony Quintiliani I attended my first meeting a couple of weeks ago which was on making money from multi family properties.  It was more of a beginners looking into buying a property. I am attending my second one next week which will be online.

@Paul Timmins what is the group that meets in Rockland? I wont be able to make it tonight but i would be interested in it in the future. 

@Thomas Franklin I consider Win-Win strategies the best ways to do business, keeps everyone motivated and focus on the price! I see you mostly do commercial real estate. I really liked Miami before, not sure how the market is there now, but really like the potential.  Maybe we can grab a cup of coffee next time I am in the area, I would like to hear more about commercial real estate investment and Miami investing in general.
