First, I like to thank everyone that responded to my introduction post. My question is "Is it possible to be involved in real estate and make deals without ever seeing the property or area?" I am currently out of the country for a period of time and was trying to get started in real estate before I left, but I am unsure if it is even possible without being in the area. I still have a few months before I return. Would it be better to research and learn as much as I can or try to get involved now? And if I get involved now, how would I go about it? Thank you for any advice given.

Hello, My name is D'Juan Brown. I am in the military and is interested in real estate. My wife and I are willing to start a new journey and learn as much as we can to better ourselves. There are great podcasts and information on this site and I appreciate the information that is discussed and posted on this site. I has given me a lot of confidence to start. I hope to interact with many people and have a good experience from this. Thank you everyone that will help and assist when the time comes and to everyone that has indirectly.
