Thanks Joe and Leon,

Joe, you exactly right. I spoke to the department of state.

Leon, thanks for the wayside correction. I don't believe I've ever written the expression before.

Hey BP,

In the past 6 months I have formed an LLC in the state of PA. The goal of our LLC was to originally to solely to real estate transaction in PA. A few months in and we have not completed any deals and there hasn't been much movement with the business. This is largely because, life happened. I got engaged, work is hectic and I'm in the process of purchasing a family home. As mentioned the business fell by the waist-side. My partner and I are now looking into NJ for some future ventures. The process of becoming a foreign entity is a bit over my head. I realize and will be contacting an attorney, but I hope the BP family can give me some insight before I continue to shell out more and more money. Thanks

I'm very new to the community and would like to better understand site protocol. When folks comment on one of my post...should I follow them or request them as a colleague? Thanks

@Alok Sood & @Javier Diaz Thanks for the kind welcome. I'm unable to attend the NY meetup, but I do sincerely apprecriate the suggestion. Hopefully in the future I'll be there. And Javier, I do in fact still rock with vinyl turntables. I'm some what of a purist. Thanks guys.

Hello, my name is David and...lol

Professional DJ/Producer/Remixer for the past decade. I've always been interested in pursuing real estate, but never made the time or made it a priority. Now, approaching 30, I'm ready to solidify my financial future.

Experience

Obtained a NJ RE License in 2003ish, but never did much with it. I do have some weichert cards somewhere.

Real Estate Goals

Solidify my financial future, while increasing my knowledge and goals along the way. Currently pursuing residential investments with extreme interest to one day find myself developing old factories and buildings of that sort.

Currently Seeking

Knowledge and general mentoring.

In Short - I look forward to becoming a part of your community. Thanks in advance.
