Post: Friendly Title Co. or Closing Attorney in Charlotte, NC

Hey @Stefhon Walker, In Charlotte you have to use a closing attorney. Now depending on the deal, if you are wholesaling the buyer may have their own closing attorney they would rather work with, but if not I would recommend Harry Marsh at Harry Marsh Law Firm. He is an investor friendly closing attorney as he is an investor himself. Good luck.

Hello, I am currently in Charlotte, NC. I am currently looking to invest in the Atlanta, Ga region. I am mostly familiar with DeKalb County as that was the area I went to high school in. My parents currently reside in Stone Mountain, GA. I am of course open to other regions of the city. Any assistance would greatly appreciated. I would like to network with investors in the area. So if you are in that area, and would not mind networking please feel free to reach out and perhaps we can work together sometime in the future.

Okay @Kai Kopsch, I'll shoot you a  pm. Thank you for posting.

Hello @Jason Londeree, I am still rather new myself. It is true most wholesalers are looking for cash buyers. There are some wholesalers that do look for people that are interested in buy and holds. It does turn out to be a little more rare and definitely harder to find.

I also believe @Account Closed made a good point as well if you want to be a cash buyer and get into fix and flips as well, and like he said earlier a network can help make everything easier for you as far as getting lenders or partners for the deal.

Thank you @Account Closed with his question.

Thank you @Account Closed. That's great. Congratulations on your success to this point and good luck working on acquiring those other properties. If you don't mind me asking, how long have you been doing buy and holds and are you actively doing any other types of investing?

Hello Investors in the Charlotte NC market and surrounding areas. I am an up and coming investor working to build connections. I work a difficult schedule to attend REIA meetings during the week, so trying to build connections however I can. But enough about me. Let's talk about you.

What projects are you currently working on? . . .whether its a buy & hold your trying to acquire or you currently have a rehab project you're working on, development project, apartment, house hacking, pending wholesale deals, homes under contract you have on the market, etc.? I especially welcome people with multiple deals. Seasoned Investors and Newbies are all welcome to add input.

Appreciate All that take part. Thank you.

Hey @Tyrell Yerby, I am also getting started myself. Great job getting involved and attending the meet ups and joining BP. Plenty of resources on here as @Brandon Turner mentioned and the course he recommended is a great place to start. The education on here is great. Podcasts are very informative so definitely tune in to those and the live webinars as well (if you don't have access to the archived ones).

If you need anything let me know, and I can do what I can to help or get you over to the right person if possible.

Hey @Michael Shoniker, I am new to wholesaling, but I am in Charlotte, and if I find any profitable deals in the Charlotte area, I can keep you in mind if you want.

Let me know if there's any particular areas around Charlotte you're looking.

Thank you.
