@Erica Moore We both go to separate colleges, we will live together in grad school, and shes not in a rush, I just know that once I get started with real estate, I wont want to put my $ anywhere else.

@David Dachtera Right now ive saved up $5,000, we both have similar goals and she supports the idea of REI. Every day I am looking at properties and analysing properties around the law schools that I plan to attend. I am learning a lot right now to get a grasp on the markets.
