Something that was almost a deal killer was my road is a 2 mile long private dirt road not county maintained. This was a big hold up because the lender said there is no guarenteed access to the home. Im not sure what happened or if someone overlooked something but we didnt say a word. One day out of the blue got a call we can close today if you want...

I was just glad to have a serious buyer lol hated the long wait but atleast I got it sold.

Well here we are June 29th. We signed the first papers Feb 26th. They had some sort of fit because my house is on a private dirt road that isnt county maintained. It isnt a problem & we had to get it straight & have neighbors sign papers etc. We extended it to July 26th. The girl told us last Wed the bank said maybe we will close (last week) but here it is Monday & no word.

We are more than half way through our closing and will be looking to buy a piece of property that is hopefully atleast 1 acre the more the better but lots can be looked at as well. Maybe it already has a well & septic installed. Wouldnt mind a canal front & even places that may need a MH removed etc. We want to stay by the coast not more than 30 min drive inland. NO HOA NO impact fees unless really cheap NO sinkhole area. Location to the coast and price matter most. Maybe you know someone who may have something like this. Not sure if we want to be on the east or west coast so show us what cha got. We live near Jacksonville so this saves us alot of gas and time out looking. Thanks

I think I was thinking like they are the sellers agent so they are after as much money as they can get because they get paid by comission and I was weary they would hoodo me and maybe not tell me things id def want to know about the property im interested in. I was putting a realtor right beside a car salesman. They dont work for me they work for the other guy...trying to sell me the other guys stuff.

Ok that makes sence. I just thought the realtor is working for their seller. Who's working for me making sure im not getting took as one realtor told us the guy selling a property we liked got took when he bought it. I dont want to get took. Can I hire a realtor that works for me a buyer? The most of us probley dont know the questions to be asking. Im one for sure.

Ok I thought they were like car salesmen & I have herd more than once to not let them guys know. Not sure why but figured it was a bad thing.
