@Dan Barman  I would use hydrogen peroxide full strength retail grade in a spray bottle and wet the floor with it.  I have used this successfully many times on multiple surfaces. It will depend on the porosity of the flooring, condition, whether the floor has petrified,etc...

@Walter Correia...if things get hairy, call your Division of Natural Resources office...I have used them from removal of 150 gallons of 30 year old oil...they had a Statewide grant so it was free for me...the company they contracted actually reclaimed the oil as well...
