Hey Everyone,

Anyone wholesale commercial properties? Can you do it, how to do it and or any advice or materials to study. I flip residential but want to get into commercial also. Any help is greatly appreciated. :D

I see alot of info on the commercial end of things here, but my question is I don't hardly see anything on wholesaling commercial or birddogging. Does anyone know if you can do it and how would you get started. Also, any good books for wholesaling commercial? I have been wholesaling residential for about 2 1/2 years and would like to get started in commerical. Any advice would be great! :D

I don't know how anyone else feels but it sure is nice to talk to people who understand what you do instead of that blank look I get from my relatives. LOL This site gives hope and inspiration whenever you are down or feeling frustrated. When I had dark hours in the past year, I got on here and just read. It made me feel better and that there is life after tramatic events. Thanks to all of you and the forum.
