4 homes all approximately 1883 sf, 3 bed 2 bath new construction homes in newly developed neighborhood.  Original construction appraisals all ranged from $375 - $386k. Looking to put together a package deal to move all 4 at once preferably but will entertain any offer.

These are very well constructed, not one of the big national builder homes. Would consider these semi custom with above builder grade fixtures and appliances. Would like to get $1.4M for all 4.  There is a reason that institutional equity investors are pouring money into NWA real estate right now (Wal-Mart, JB Hunt, and Tyson).
