I can relate to what you are saying when I heard about real estate I thought that in a few weeks I would get $10,000. With that in mind i basically waited for that to happen without doing any work. 2 months passed by and I did not have the $10,000 in my bank account then I heard the quote "you reap what you sow" so I asked myself what have I sowed? The answer was nothing so I had to start sowing something so I paid $225 for an online lead generating service. The catch was that I had to call the sellers instead of the sellers calling me. I did that for 2 more months and now I have a contract signed. the thing that kept me motivated was a podcast I was listening to called "the real estate rich and famous" in most of the episode they kept saying take action take action take action over and over again and that's what made me take the action to go look at a house and have a contract signed
