Linda D., is that because you live in VA?

The mortgage now is about $2500/month with a modification. 11% interest on the second mortgage.  

Rents in the area are around 2200. Even if I got 2500, it wouldn't cover expenses. 

 Would you still rent in this situation?

Hi Everyone,

I live in Los Angeles and have a single family town home end unit in Leesburg Virginia? About $364,000 is owed on it between two mortgages and the loan amount is $412,000. 

Would you rent or sell? Thanks for your replies.
