Sorry guys, didn’t mean to confuse anybody. So I do have a motivated seller the owner had surgery on both knees and need to sell 3 rental properties. 1st is a fourplex $245,000 and 2nd is single family rental home for $50,000 and 3rd is a 2 residence for $75,000. Total $370,000 I put the properties under contract gave them an offer -10k each property total of $340,000 but the buyer. The cash buyer gave an offer on package deal for $310,000. In order not to lose this deal what would be the best option I already negotiated on all 3 properties but we’re still far apart.

How to close that big gap in wholesaling. Found the objections negotiated 10k on all 3 properties and buyer still will not meet half way.
