@Laura H. did you ever find your MHP? Would you say the boot camp was still worth it?

@Jim Johnson can you expand on  “The purchase price can not be nominal or- your really a lender and thus subject to the safe act.”... also, in this scenario, would the seller not be able to collect a non refundable option fee upfront?

Solid! They look turnkey for the most part in a great area.

Hello all, I'm wondering if anyone has came across this issue before. I called our local water company (Indiana american water) in order to get a quote to install a 2nd water meter at one of my properties and according to the rep, they no longer allow this? Her statement was that in order to do this, the apartments have to be separated, and not in 1 building.

This just doesn't make sense to me. If anyone has ran into a similar issue please let me know! Thanks.

Eh, bedrooms were way too small. Some of them didnt even have closets! Depends on your own criteria I guess.

I toured it. Needs completely gutted and redesigned. Units are very small so by the time you spend the money (not worth it), rents will not be too appealing IMO.  Location is not great either.

Hello all, I would love to connect with any investors in the Kosciusko County area here in Indiana. If there are any clubs or groups that meet regularly then please let me know!
