Perfect thank you! Found it. It was a little under from what I have found. But found the exact property and documents. This will help me a lot once I do all the numbers.

Thank you both for the information. From what you both have told me taxes on the property are about $11,000-12,000 anual which is 2% of the property.

I am currently trying to buy my first investment property in Miami-Dade but I am having trouble estimating how much taxes will be. On one of my searches it says that taxes will be around $11,000-12,000 a year on a $550,000 tri-plex. On another search it says $3,600 a year. Can someone help me to find the best way to find an estimation on the property. Thanks in advance.
