I have heard very bad feedback from my property management companies. I have decided to take it myself and it is working. I currently have two properties in the area.

You can contact me if need any help or have any questions.

Diego

Post: Do I need to create a LLC (or other company) to manage my rentals

Hi Experts,

I am new in managing rentals.

We have just expanded our portfolio to two single family home rentals.

The new tenant is asking me to provide a receipt, so that I just bought a receipt book but that make me think if I now need to have a LLC to have Limited Liability on my rental.

Thanks,

Diego

Hi All,

I am currently looking for my first real state investment (buy & hold) in Lewisville, Texas.

I have made more than 10 offers and I am not getting even as the second option. In some cases I went up to more than $20K and the offer was not even considered.

I am not really sure what is wrong with my approach. I am thinking that I could have the wrong Realtor helping me, or the mortgage approval.

I have done all my diligence but is still being very tough to get started.

I would appreciate any support for the experts.

Regards,

Diego
