@Felipe Pereira , Thank you for your advices , I will definitely take advantage of them , I know that organization and a good plan is going to help me a lot and make the path easier.

I’m planning to “buy and hold” for the moment, so in a few years I would be able to rent out the property and move on to keep building my portfolio.

I’m planing to opt for a conventional loan, unless I find a better deal to finance the property.

Currently I’m constantly checking out deals in Zillow and other websites to have a notion on the zones prices and monthly rent that I could charge.

Thanks for your advices and believe me that I am enjoying every single moment of my adventure

Thanks !!

@Bruce Lynn I am very thankful for your recommendations Bruce.

I wasn't sure that a FHA loan had MIP, maybe getting another type of loan and bringing more cash to the table might help me.

If multi-family is out of my hands I will have to gather with people and live in the same area just like you said

Thanks for your advices!!

@Spencer Abeyta Oh wow thanks for responding my post! I do have a job right now and I am actually working 65+ hours a week so I am really moving on that part.

Of course my ideal thing to do is to get a FHA loan and get a duplex or higher but I don't know what I am going to face with.

I am also trying to spend time learning from internet and people with the little time I have.

I am really thankful for wishing me the best and giving me your advises. Thanks!

Helloo my name is Diego Albany and I am an 18 years old guy living and trying to seek a future in Dallas Tx.

I got interested in Real Estate in about 7 months ago and think about that I wasn’t even legal. My plan is to house hack in the Dallas area and I am looking for recommendations to execute my goal.

I am looking for mentors and people who have the same interests that I have to have a good time. Taking the time to have conversations with people about fun things like, investing and businesses are my passion

Any recommendations for House hacking for a newbie?

How is the Dallas area market right now ?

Thanks for taking the time to respond!!
