Which platforms do the experienced rental property investors use for searching properties, doing analytics, and finding deals. For example, Mashvisor, Connected investor etc...

I just want to know, are all beginners in real estate investment required to use there own money, or are there hard money, private, and or unsecured loans that one can tap into without having experience? I find that without experience you kind of have to figure it out. Is that really the case...?

Good morning all, my name is Didier Kébreau-Pierre and Im in the Danbury, CT looking to expand my financial horizons.
