Hello everyone! I am new to BP and VERY eager to get my feet wet in RE. One thing I am having trouble doing is determining the ARV of a home. I tried to use website like Zillow and the like to see what houses in the area are valued at but I feel like I am getting false information. I have found several properties that I think would make a great deal with BRRRR, but I don't know how to run the numbers correctly without a proper ARV. Just wanted to see how most people determine the ARV and how accurate it is! Thanks!
