Hello. I'm a new investor, ready to rent my first apartment. Should I trust screening tenant services to help me screening tenants?

it's actually kinda frustrating to screen tenant, it seems like people don't talk much about it, in terms of the real work that goes into it, and I see these companies that says they can do it for $35-$40 or so... At least the report part, then I may have to also use my judgement on tenants, based on the talk. What do you think of them? Do you think they are worth it?

Thanks
