To give you and idea of how this will work we will split everything 50/50 and we will each be responsible for the following:

Myself

• Provide the marketing
• Provide the Virtual Assistant - cold calling and data entry
• Pre-screen leads
• Provide the systems - Podio (CRM) and Mojo (Autodialer)
• Provide training on systems
• Help with marketing materials for buyers

Yourself

• Leads with be provided through Podio
• Call seller back immediately
• Meet with Seller and get property under contract
• Market property to you buyers
• Handling Closings
• Keep Podio up to date with notes and documents - Virtual Assistant can help as well
• Follow up on leads! Follow up on leads! Follow up on leads!
