Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a reputable LLC formation attorney in NYC. My plan is to transfer my currently owned property into a new LLC and eventually establish a trust. I also intend to acquire properties with partners, which will involve setting up two additional LLCs—one for acquisitions/holdings and another for property management to handle all financial transactions. Throughout this process, I want to ensure full tax compliance and have my holdings LLC eventually set up under my trust.
