For those of you wondering how things turned out. I chose to go ahead and not renew their MTM lease and I gave them their 30 day notice, tenant had no issues with it and will be moving out.

@Alyssa Strom Sorry I should have specified that this will be an owner occupied property that I will be moving into, which is one of the exceptions to the moratorium.

Hey guys, I am currently in the process of writing a 30 day notice to terminate a month-to-month lease in Minnesota. I was just looking for some assistance with wording and if there are certain things I need to state on the notice. Thanks for your help in advance!
