How are you unique from others!

Beating the competition down is not necessary!! Being an accountant and bookkeeper, I have learned one thing - there are no two people a like and no two businesses a like. Even in same industry, there will be slight differences. What sets your business apart?

I agree with Matt.  Being an old schooler.  I use a general email - but a quick view on LI or google search can tell you if the person is legit or not.  Emails come and go but their footprint on internet does not.
