Thanks. I don't mind getting beatup price wise a little at first as long as it helps me define price points and what services would be pruice elastic.

You're preaching to the chior. I had my pipes and AC unit stolen by of rotten DNA sacks for the few bucks they make and causing me much cost and stress. I replaced the copper pipes w/ Flexible PVC; looks like garden hose but is bendable and if heated w/ blowtorch, retains its original straight shape. Worthless if ripped out. Cheaper than copper too...BIG FAN.

Regarding the AC unit I plan to install and rent a AC cage that should protect it from the mutants.

PLease, more advise. How about statdard prices on the services I listed above? Also, what if I charge $500 for 1500sf rubbish removal and 100 for carpet cleaning but the attic at, say 1500 sf also, is packed w/ junk? Seems harder to clean and am not sure of a price point on that job

I llive in Chattanooga Tn and own a few rentals. Relocated from New Orleans courtesy of Katrina. Anyway, I intend to get in the Foreclosure Cleanup and /or Maintenance biz. I would like to know if there are any tricks in getting business from Real Estate companies and if there are any sites w/ localized rates for services. These services that I would explore would be:
• Foreclosure Cleaning/Maint
o Rubbish
o Garbage Removal
o Carpet
o Flooring
o Electrical
o Plumbing(Internal/External)
o Roofing
o Appliances-(Ceiling Fans)
o Paint
o Walls
o Ceilings
o Doors
o Windows
o Screens
• Maintenance
o Yard-Landscape
o Rubbish
o Garbage Removal
o Pruning
o Security(Securing AC Units)
o Fence Repair
o Support Foundation Repair(Carport Supports)

Thanks !!!!
