New to the flipping game here, I was looking for a HML and was told these people would help.

After doing some Google searching I'm not so certain of these guys.

Does any one have any recent experience? Any one that has worked with them to turn a profit that wouldn't mind talking in length to me about it?

Hi my name is Dustin

I'm 27 and have been in sales for 6 years and am looking at my first fix and flip property. I've been looking into investing in real estate on the side for about a year now and am ready to pull the trigger. I've been lurking for a while but decided to finally create an account tonight.

The property is a 900sft 2bd 1ba listed for 40k(30-35k negotiated) that would need aprox 25-30k in rehab.

I'll post more details in another section as I know this is a introduction thread.

Well I hope to get to know some of you and am looking forward to getting this under way!
