Hey Folks, 

Renting my first ever property via zillow rental tool, just within 1 hour of posting I got an applicant. The applicant has solid credit score of 750+ and has a good household income as well. (Everything says "Self-Reported")

However, I see that within last 1 month they have applied for more then 7 credit cards. (so 751 is too good to be true !)

Moreover, the employer on their pay check is no where to be found online.

Is it possible that they can tweak and fraud the background reports and credit score reports on zillow rental tool ?

Can use some help here, as this is the first time we are super nervous.
