Get a list of homes that sold (comps) in your area from a realtor.

You can compare homes that sold turn key to the ones that needed renovations.

Once you have an idea of how the market is you’ll be able to make offers based on the comps that were provided.

The best piece of advice I can give you is to get started.

You’ll figure it out along the way.

Property is located in south Florida, specifically West Palm Beach. Northern part of palm beach county, less than 5 mins from the beach.

Fully renovated!!! Everything is brand new. New roof, kitchen, bathrooms, textured ceilings and walls with laminate wood flooring. Central air conditioning and tankless hot water heater allow for added energy efficiency. New hurricane rated windows and doors; raised panel interior doors; decorative light fixtures and high hats in kitchen. FPL to install security lights in front and rear. This is a duplex with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on each side. 

 Each unit is separately metered for water and electric.
