Marc, if we get a lender's policy, will that protection transfer to the note buyer?

Hello Jeff! We are in the process of creating a note using an RMLO and the note will have one year of property insurance prepaid at closing in addition to setting up an escrow account for taxes and insurance monthly as well. Title insurance will be purchased at closing also. The note buyer's attorney wants something to review before hand we were thinking of some sort of agreement between note seller and note buyer to begin with in addition to all the other necessary paperwork.

What type of paperwork are you using when selling notes. Purchase and Sales Agreements or other forms between note seller and note buyers.
