East Humboldt Park, Avondale, and Hermosa! West Humboldt Park is great for a buy and hold strategy for now. 

I work with a investor that’s doing pretty well flipping condominiums in Oak Lawn.

I’m my opinion,  you can probably find a 2-3 unit in a ‘decent’ area at 150k BUT the building will most likely need work done.
