I am currently on the brink of closing my first wholesale deal. The only question I have is, what all contracts do I need? only PSA and assignment? Someone told me AB & BC contracts as well.

Hi, I am Dezmon Jackson and I am 24-years old and I have recently in this past year began studying real estate to become an investor. I am looking to get involved in Small-Multi Family properties and Short-Term Rentals. I am currently in El Dorado, AR and still studying which markets I wish to purse.
