there are companies out there that will run an ownership report on an individual, I would try finding one of them and going from there. good luck, email if you need anymore advice.

Im interested in first investing in residential rental properties and eventually moving to commercial properties, to ensure a diversified portfolio as I age.

Just want to start familiarizing myself with real estate and situations through this website, books, articles, etc... before i jump into it

I am interested in investing in real estate and currently work for a Real Estate Information Company as well as own my own Equipment Rental Company.

I am looking to grow my capital before making the jump into full time real estate investment. Partly through the sale of my business and the income I am saving.
