Hey All-

I'm a senior citizen planning to retire within the next 3 years. I'm also planning to increase my real estate investment portfolio. I own one property now, I'm want to use the 1031 exchange to begin the growth process. My goal is to established positive cash flow equal to my current annual income by the time I retire. I don't have an agent as yet. What type of agent should I look for. Any thoughts ?
