I have an $8000 car loan and that's it. I have two trade lines one for $1500 and the other for $2500 and my score is 667 this makes no sense.  But I do have a few late pays on a closed account from 3 years ago. I still can't get anything... Why?

I am paying my bills. I have 2 credit cards and a auto loan. No late pays. But they both are only 3 months open. But I can't even get a small loan for a down payment on a duplex. 

Hello! Is having good credit important in investing or can you get by with ok credit? Also where can I get credit repair?

what about late pays. They stay on your account. I have a few and was wondering how will it lower my chances of getting a loan and or credit/ business credit
