Thank you Ted. It had never even occured to me before but when it did, I figured there had to be a reason no one did this. I appreciate the honest direct answer. Would you mind if I emailed you directly with questions when they come up?

You know that to be true or you think it's true?

Please forgive my ignorance if this is something that has been asked before or if it just seems too basic. In a short sale flip, is there any reason why I have never heard of anyone flipping the house back to the seller after the bank has negotiated a short sale with investor? Is this illegal? If you were to do A-B and B-C transactions, what's to keep the investor (B) from taking title however briefly and then selling the house back to the seller at the reduced price? Thanks.

I have begun wholesaling in the Orlando market even though I live in the Northeast - so virtual wholesaling. I am especially interested in wholesaling or retailing homes currently available at huge discounts in short term rental communities. I would love some input on building a buyers list for this particular niche. Thanks! :D
