I'm an agent looking for cash buyers interested in a new project. I have 2 Newport News, Virginia Investment properties currently available. I've used Facebook, Craigslist, Linkedin as social media sources to market the properties however it's been dry lately. I've done some cold calling, but I have not received the best results either. My buyers are only allowed to use Cash and hard money. What are some other ways to meet cash ready buyers.

My firm has a few deals available in the in Virginia but I can only work with agents, or investors. I use facebook and craiglist alot to find buyers but it has proven difficult. I also usually end up being reached out to by skiptracers or wholesalers. What are some other avenues used to specifically find investors.

I am a real estate agent that works for a real estate investment firm. My job is to find investors that are either cash buyers or able to use hard money lenders. I've had some success, but it has proven to be a kind of difficult to find these prospects. Any insight on how to gain success doing this?
