Quote from @William Daley:

Hi BP,

I have a single family home in Albany County, NY. I purchase it in December. The renovation should be complete this month.

I paid cash for the property and renovation.

I would like to keep it as a rental and pull cash out.

The home is owned by my corporation and I would like to keep the loan in the business name, without any personal guarantee if possible.

Anyone that can guide me in the best direction I would appreciate it.

If your able to help fund me in NY even better!

Thank you.

If you meet the 6 months seasoning requirement from purchase date you can do DSCR cash out and keep it in the business name no problem. PM to learn more

Quote from @Guchan Ozbilgin:

Greetings, BP friends! Our journey into the world of real estate investing starting in Pittsburgh, where we are aiming for cash flow properties, including multi-family and commercial investments. Our thorough research has led us to a couple of lenders, and we are now on the hunt for more lenders who can provide us with the necessary funds to make our dreams a reality. We are especially interested in finding lenders who are well-versed in DSCR and can offer us attractive loan options. If any of you wise real estate veterans out there have any tips or leads on lenders in the Pittsburgh area, we would be grateful for your input. Let's make this happen!

Cheers,

Guchan

Hi Guchan would be happy to connect DSCR is my bread and butter!

Im partnered with just about every DSCR lender in the nation worth knowing. Max ltv for dscr cashout is 80ltv for sfh only. 75 2-4%, some lenders out there have overlays such as ltv reductions for str, free & clear properties, etc.

PM me if interested.

Post: Team recommendation for small multi-family unit investment in Miami

Quote from @Matthew Metros:

Hey there! So, I've been thinking about investing in small multi-family units in the Coral Gables area. I actually lived there for about seven months, and I know the area pretty well. I'm looking for a property that needs a little fixing up but isn't a complete overhaul.

I've been considering financing options and I think a 203k loan could work for me (or some form of a rehab loan). It would allow me to cover the rehab costs and make a lower down payment (around 10-20%), which is perfect for me.

Right now, I'm in the process of building a team. I need a lender, agent, contractor, and a HUD consultant. I'm looking for people who know the area and have a good track record. Do you have any recommendations?

Overall, I think investing in small multi-family units in Coral Gables is a great opportunity.

Would love to connect and help! I graduated UM - in Gables for 5 years! Your idea is perfect for off campus student housing. There’s a need for it!
