I'm interested in attending in September as well.  I'm following you now so hopefully it will notify me when you post it.

Thanks!

@Tyler Aube I can't say much about the process because I was working for a public housing authority at the time and I was mainly evaluating the software aspect. That said the authority was making a move from Happy to Tenmast. Both solutions seem a bit overboard for a 16 unit operation but the software did have mobile apps to complete the inspections with. Honestly if you have some specific requirements you might want to try throwing something up on fiver https://www.fiverr.com/categories/programming-tech

Due to all the tariffs and government sanctions it may be more cost effective for these foreign investors to use their properties for production and assembly.  If anything commercial properties may see an increase in prices , it's still a bit too early to tell.

Anyone else thinking the trade war could spark an early correction in some markets?

@Anthony Dooley. Thanks for the tip! I just started The Cashflow Quadrant and actually splurged for the kids version of the board game. It has been great to have something positive to involve my kids in.

Hi All,

I'm new to Bigger Pockets and Real Estate Investment.  I've bought a couple homes in the past and done well for myself but I never realized the potential Real Estate has to offer.  Now that I've discovered BP I'm consuming knowledge and am eager to make my first deal.  I'm interested in everything BP has to offer but am looking to do some house hacking and multi-family to get my feet wet.  I'm in the California Central Valley area which appears to be an area with high appreciation:

Be that as it may I'm still eager to find a great deal and even more eager to learn and connect with like minded people.

Thanks!
