What is the best way to do a market analysis of an area? What metrics should we be looking at and then what should the trends be. We’ve got the numbers for the deal down, we just don’t know much about the area and want be sure we can get it filled.

Wondering the best way to analyze a market we are looking to invest in. What metrics should we look at and then what are we looking for? Then numbers work for us on the deal, but we want to be sure we can keep it filled.
