 Thank you @Richard F. for the detailed reply and it did help me. The property management company is planning to send a notice and waiting on few information from me, so they can communicate the same to the Tenant. I will write a follow up letter as per your suggestion. Thanks again.

The lessor is the Property Management company, but they did mention that they are executing the lease agreement on behalf of me, that's why I wanted to get your opinions.

Thank you everyone. Based on all your advice, I'm planning to create an amendment with owner change with ACH details and new software I'm planning to use to manage everything. I hope that works.

I'm taking over a property management from a management company to self-managed. Do I have to make any amendment to the lease. The lease did mention that the listing agency is doing this agreement on behalf of the owner and listed my name there. Please let me know, as I don't want to get into any legal issues later.
