@Paul Welden thank you so much! I did find a local 203k consultant that I plan on reaching out to to help through the process.

Is there anyone here in the oklahoma city area that has used an Fha 203k loan?  I am looking to purchase a small multi family here in the near future to house hack and I want to use the fha 203k program.. I would really just like to talk to a  local investor and/or lender who has done it or knows somebody who's done it.  Thank you all! 

Hello Aaron. I am a investor in Oklahoma city and I have lived here my whole life. I am very familiar with the good and bad areas when it comes to crime. 

How's it going? I am based in okc and I know how to find off market deals in the area. I'm actually looking for someone to team up with who has experience and knowledge in remodeling.
