I am looking into doing a bandit sign campaign. They are illegal in my county and surrounding counties. I have heard that people put them out on friday night and pick them up sunday. Does that work? and does anyone have any success stories regarding this strategy?

Wholesaling is a great way to build capital. You'll have to spend some money in order to obtain deals (yellow letters, bandit signs, etc.). However, it is not the only way into real estate. You can purchase a property with low or no money down by using owner financing or subject 2. You just have to figure out what is the best strategy for you
