@Christina Colon thank you for the advice ! I’m still debating wether or not I want to buy a house here in Washington because prices are super high, the BAH rate here is around 1700.

@Sean McDonnell I’m at Ft Lewis WA, I’ve heard of that strategy! What ever works best for my lifestyle, although WA has really high prices in houses I’m not to familiar with the market here so I’m doing research to find a fixer.

Hi everyone 

I am currently active duty in the army and it is a life long goal of mine to start my real estate investing business. For those that know how military lifestyle is we move around 2-3 years, constant field trainings, etc. can I start this business part time while still in active duty ?
