I've completed the BP getting started modules, I just purchased the BP flipping houses book and I am going to my very first REIA meeting in 10 days in hopes that I meet some really great people that can help me with my Real Estate career. I can't wait to start my flipping journey!

Thank you Kim, I will definitely be checking on meetup.com to see about some different gatherings and I can't wait to meet you at the next REIA meeting on the 13th.

Buying and flipping property in KC. I am currently just doing as much research as possible and joining meeting to learn more before I make that first start.

Hello Kansas City My partner and I are very new in the real estate business and hoping to start very soon. I was wondering if there is anyone on here who meets up now and then because we would love to come along and meet other investors and learn from you. Maybe also be our mentor.

I'm very new to the real estate business and I just want to hear some feedback on if I should attend and join some REIA meetings. Would I learn a lot to get started?
