Hey Jay that is exactly what I want to do is to attain another property with a mortgage before paying off my first one, but I wanted to see what other people had to say and gain insight on their opinions. I also was wondering how to attain your 10 Step Guide in investing, I am curious to read about it and learn something new from it and to see what you are teaching to investors. Also I am within that seasoning period that banks are looking for in rental property of 6-18 months before getting a mortgage. Also what banks or lenders do you recommend in the local area since I also do live near Gulf Breeze, Florida. Thanks    @Jay Helms

So a few months ago I bought a triplex and currently have a mortgage on it and what I am contemplating is that, is it a good idea to buy another multifamily property and have another mortgage? Or should I pay off my existing mortgage on my triplex first?
