@Jack Medford staying connected with the community definitely seems like the best advice I have received! Not many people are even saying that when it comes to starting in real estate. To be honest, I am looking into doing Wholesaling. I am fairly new so I want to learn all the steps into doing it right and being honest in the process so I can build good relationships!
