@Guy Olds Thank you for your response I meant finding the person who is inheriting the property i can never seem to find their information. I basically want to know what to be looking for when looking into probate leads I am new to this and just looking on how to get some marketing material out to the right people.

Recently moved to the Atlanta area from South Carolina and looking to really hit the ground running in the real estate business. I have already found my target market and got a probate list together from the Gwinnett county courthouse. Having trouble finding the executor/executrix in the real estate deeds. Anyone have any advice or tips?
