Do you have a personal letter (about yourself) that you include with offers to add an emotional incentive. I am about to attempt a negotiation for a home and would like to put forth my best efforts in showing the seller who I am and what my intentions are. Anything helps, even ideas.

I am in the military and getting ready to move to Georgia for my next assignment. I’ve tried investing in so many ways but real estate seems to be the only one that interests me. I have not done any deals yet but that’s because I am still in the information gathering phase.

I am in search of a mentor, military or not, who is available on occasion for phone conversations, bouncing ideas off of each other, and a potential partner.
