@KJ L. I just recently moved to Los Angeles and was planning on doing this method later this year with some kind of Multi-Family property (2 - 4 units). Therefore what lender did you initially go with to get your FHA loan (before it was sold to Wells Fargo)?

I currently have a rental house in Macon, GA and I am in need of a new property manager who has experience with Section 8 tenants.  Do any of you guys have a compnay or person in mind that you can direct me to?  Any help would be apprecaited.

I currently have a tenant that has not paid their rent in a couple of months and I want to start the eviction process on this person.  I have googled and searched through some forum posts here on BiggerPockets and have not came across the exact way I need to do this process.  Does anyone know specifically how to do the eviction process in Macon, GA (or surrounding Georgia areas)?  Any direction you can point me in will be helpful.  Thanks in advanced!!
